The Flames didn’t find luck in Vegas

Flames logoThe Flames had a disappointing 4-0 loss against the Golden Knights on Sunday.

“It’s the little things that makes a big difference in a game.”

Calgary played a strong first period, but couldn’t stop Vegas from their scoring frenzy in the second. William Karlsson scored a hat trick, making his season total 39 goals.

Golden Knights coach Gerard Gallant said this was a big win for his team. Gallant said he “could see most pucks, and that makes a big difference and when there were rebounds, they took their guys away. It’s the little things that makes a big difference in a game.”

The Flames are still fighting for an unlikely playoff position and take on the Ducks tonight.
